The [[http://wiki.openpro.com/doku.php?id=products:financial:gl-app-guide|GL Report Batch]] Screen allows multiple GL Reports to be put together and scheduled to run at a convenient time.

The upper section of the screen includes an **Add New** button that allows you to add a new batch of reports to be run at a specific time.

Report Number:This is a unique identifier for the report

Report Name: This is the name/description you give to your report	

Last run date: This is the latest date the batch can be processed

Edit: Allows you to make amendments to the report	

Copy: Allows you to mirror the report details and create a new copy	

Delete: Allows you to discard a report
